3.3 How We Use Personal Information: To provide and perform our Blackwolf executive chauffeur and close protection services; operate and improve our booking platforms; ensure transit security and crime prevention; meet legal/regulatory compliance; and provide client support.
3.4 Disclosure: We may disclose your data to affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, subcontractors, third-party payment/cloud service providers, and legal authorities where required.
3.5 Security: We maintain and continually improve security measures over time in line with legal and technological developments.
3.6 Retention: Personal data is stored on central or separate databases. In general, we will not retain your information for longer than necessary or legally required.

4.1 As outlined in this Privacy Policy and under POPIA, as a user/data subject you have enforceable rights, including:

Indemnity & Liability
6.1 Without derogating from any other limitations of liability or indemnifications agreed to between us, in agreeing to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and Notice, you hereby unconditionally agree to indemnify us against any liability that may result from the processing of your Personal Information, including any loss, damage or injury arising from any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information provided to us by you and/or any third party and/or any unintentional disclosure of your Personal Information to any unauthorised persons.
6.2 Further while we use every effort to update the information on the Website regularly, we accept no liability if any information is incorrect or inaccurate.
